Malissa LaRoche

Malissa LaRoche owns True Beauty Aesthetics and works as its owner and physician assistant injector. She is a certified physician assistant listed with the PA-C credential, and she has completed training to be certified as a Master Expert Injector. She has performed aesthetic procedures for over 18 years.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the College of Charleston in 1997. She then trained at the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in physician assisting. She previously served as a clinical instructor and adjunct faculty in the MUSC physician assistant program.

Her focus is Botox for wrinkles and filler injections tailored to each person's anatomy, with full-face balancing for filler work. She also offers laser skin resurfacing and microneedling with Ariessence, and Skinvive airbrushing for smoother, more hydrated skin.
