Mala Amin is the owner artist of Make Up by Mala and works as a professional makeup, hairstyle and mehndi artist based in Rockville, Maryland. She has worked in the industry for over 20 years.
Her training began with basic makeup courses in India. After moving to the United States she took courses here to learn different styles across several areas, and she graduated from Last Look Academy. She is certified by Mitch Ely in makeup and airbrush makeup, and more recently learned hairstyling from Martin Parsons.
Her work covers hair and makeup for weddings, parties, fashion shows, music videos and model testing, and she also works on occasions beyond those. Her services include bridal makeup, airbrush makeup, henna and hairstyling.
