Madeleine Fetty

Madeleine Fetty founded LEINE to offer acne and skin health care, and she serves as its Founder and Master Esthetician. She holds a Washington State Master Esthetician license and has nearly a decade of hands-on skincare experience. Her work centers on acne treatment and skin barrier restoration, including hormonal and congestive acne.

Her training and certifications include graduation from the Dallas Institute of Electrolysis, Functional Nutrition Skin Institute certification, and certification in SkinPen and RejuvaPen microneedling, along with Dr. Setterfield microneedling training. For peels, she holds Linder Health chemical peel certification and NOON Aesthetics peel training. Her acne credentials include Certified Acne Specialist, Congestive Acne Therapist, Preston Acne Pros certification and Face Reality Acne Expert (Level 2). She is also NCEA Certified, and her other certifications cover Acne DermaplanePro and BrowCode with Ellebana.

She creates each treatment plan after a detailed skin analysis and review of history. Plans may include customized home care using acne-safe ingredients, progressive professional treatments, and barrier repair with congestion management. She also teaches clients about diet, lifestyle and product use as they relate to acne. Clients can work with her in person at the Seattle clinic or virtually through telehealth, and she personally creates every online acne treatment plan.
