Madeleine Fetty founded LEINE The Seattle Acne Clinic & Wellness Spa, where she leads personalized treatments and the online acne program. She holds a Washington State Master Esthetician license and is an acne expert. She works with clients in person at the Seattle clinic and also through virtual sessions. She is trained at the Dallas Institute of Electrology and has nearly a decade of hands-on skincare experience. Her credentials include Certified Acne Specialist and Congestive Acne Therapist, Face Reality Acne Expert (Level 2), and Functional Nutrition Skin Institute Certified. Her training also covers SkinPen and RejuvaPen microneedling, Linder Health chemical peels, NOON Aesthetics peels, Preston Acne Pros, and Acne DermaplanePro, BrowCode and Ellebana. Her focus is acne treatment and skin barrier restoration, including hormonal, congestive and persistent acne, along with pigmentation and anti-aging concerns. The online acne consultation is a 60-minute virtual session, where she assesses skin and identifies lifestyle triggers. Clients with persistent acne, sensitive or reactive skin, or a history of treatments that have not worked are welcome.
