Lynnette Allen

Lynnette Allen is a nurse practitioner and board-certified provider who practices medical and cosmetic dermatology at Faces Refreshed. She has more than 30 years of experience as a medical professional, including over 20 years as an ER Level 1 trauma nurse. She also spent about ten years in cosmetic hair transplantation, hair re-growth and in-house operating, and has practiced medical and cosmetic dermatology for roughly the past decade.

Her training includes a B.S.N. from New York University and a Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree from Molloy College, earned with honors. She was trained personally by Charles Runels, MD, designer of the O-Shot, and is a certified O-Shot provider. Earlier clinical work includes sub-investigator roles in an Allergan trial of Aczone 7.5 and in clinical trial work for Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, maker of Kybella.

Her clinical focus includes acute acne care for teens and adults, psoriasis care including biologics, and full-body cancer screenings with biopsy and minor re-excisions. In aesthetics she specializes in non-surgical injectables that look natural. She also provides the O-Shot for female sexual wellness, urinary incontinence and related sexual disorders, along with the My Face-Beautiful To Me full-face plan. She trains physician injectors, plastic surgeons and injector trainers on long-term fillers such as Bellafill.
