Lynnea Villanova, MD, is Medical Director of Park Avenue Skin Solutions, one of the sites within Skin Solutions Collective. She has more than 25 years of experience and has owned and operated integrative, aesthetic and pain management practices since the early 2000s. Earlier, she was Associate Medical Director of a Physical Medicine practice. Her clinical work has covered pediatric care, adult medicine and obstetrics. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and in Medical Acupuncture. She has taught as clinical faculty at New York Presbyterian and St. Joseph's hospitals and has lectured on acupuncture and Ayurveda for the UNC Medical School's alternative medicine curriculum. She was appointed Physician Advisor to the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board and has worked as a medical consultant on Sirius Satellite Radio, covering both allopathic and Asian medicine. Her patient work covers pain, internal medicine, neurological concerns, GYN and infertility, and emotional concerns.
