Lynette Gutierrez owns Luminous by L and works as its Cut & Color Director. She has more than 17 years of experience in hair. Her early jobs were as a shampoo girl and stylist assistant in several salons, and she obtained a cosmetology license while still in high school.
Her work began in Bucks County and then continued in Philadelphia. She later spent time in New York City, where she worked among celebrity hair colorists and built a large clientele, before returning to Philadelphia.
