Lylliam Guimarais

Lylliam Guimarais is an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner and Master Aesthetic Injector. She founded Beyond Health MedSpa, leads the clinic and is its owner. Her credentials are APRN and FNP-BC, and she holds a Master's degree in Family Practice. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience spanning critical care and aesthetic medicine, including earlier work in a neurology intensive care unit and in plastic surgery pre-op and post-op settings. She is trained in PDO Threads placement and advanced facial rejuvenation techniques and is a certified PDO Threads specialist. Her focus is advanced non-surgical rejuvenation, especially Endolift and PDO Threads, along with personalized facial treatments. She personally performs every PDO Threads treatment rather than handing it to a rotating team. At the consultation, she evaluates skin quality and facial structure, and PDO Threads plans are built from that assessment.
