Lydia has worked in the hair industry since 2014. She began cosmetology training in 10th grade at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, then worked at a small independent shop for a few years and later at a high-end salon.
In 2020 she decided to start Well Rooted Salon as a new step in her career. She continues to take education courses to build her skills, and she sees hair as a way for clients to express emotion and creativity.
