Lydia Nelson

Lydia Nelson works at the spa as a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and has been on the team since 2014. She previously gained experience with several chiropractors and spas, and she also operated her own massage practice in Woodstock. Cupping is the deep tissue technique she prefers. She enjoys relaxation massage, both as a provider and as a client, and her stress relief sessions incorporate dry brushing and essential oils. Her continuing education includes reflexology, prenatal massage, hot stone, cupping, sound therapy, aromatherapy, kinesiology taping, runner's injury prevention, Graston technique for scar tissue, a range of lymphatic methods, and facial massage.
