About
Lutisha Bowen coaches at Lake Nona Performance Club. Her athletic background is in sprinting and hurdling. She was a Track & Field All-American at UCF and was a national champion for Panama. She qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics. She is a former UCF All-American and Olympic qualifying sprinter and hurdler.
At the club, she has coached numerous college players as well as athletes in the AFL, CFL and NFL. She leads the Speed School class, which focuses on building speed through sound mechanics and how those mechanics are applied in practice.
