Lucia Miranda, LE, CCMA

Lucia Miranda is a licensed esthetician at Shafer Clinic, a New York City practice combining plastic surgery, dermatology and medical spa services. She holds the LE license and lists CCMA among her credentials. She brings more than ten years of combined experience in health and medical fields. She has worked closely with Dr. Dendy Engelman and Dr. David Shafer, and she has previously worked at Shafer Clinic Fifth Avenue and at Manhattan Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. She holds a Bachelor's degree in General Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, and completed much of her medical training at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, with coursework and training split between Puerto Rico and Miami, Florida. Her specialties include advanced facials, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, skin tightening and body contouring. She works with Diamond Glow, Hydrafacial, NuEra, Trilift, Emsculpt, Emface, Exilis and Vanquish, and offers microneedling combined with PRP.
