Louis Orozco

Louis Orozco runs Madison Salon in Newport Beach. He trained and practiced in Italy, France and the United States. He is part of the Oribe Haircare Artistic Team, where he does editorial and teaching work for the brand.

His color and cutting leans toward rich layering of tone and light, varied textures, defined shape and shine. Many of his finishes look loose and relaxed with an editorial feel, though he will also build dramatic detail and bold structure when a look calls for it. Ideas for his designs come from art, science, architecture and the natural world.

Louis has styled hair for Fashion Week models, celebrities at premieres, magazine covers, commercials for Victoria's Secret and Cover Girl, and Prada print campaigns. He has done work with celebrities and models for American Vogue, Vanity Fair and W magazine. He has styled runway shows in New York and Los Angeles, including Fashion Week collections for Oscar de la Renta, Tom Ford and Michael Kors. He has also been on the Orlando Pita design team and has partnered with Oribe, Jean Louis David, Bumble and bumble and L'Oreal.

He finds satisfaction in helping clients feel beautiful and in getting to know each of them, regardless of background.
