Lorraine Smith is the founder and CEO of RAINE and works as a master braider and loctician. She left her job in 2011 to braid full-time, and while doing so she began wanting to give clients more attention to the overall health of their hair.
That led her to create a hair care line of her own. She developed the system during the 2020 pandemic, and it became the RAINE line. Her work now spans braiding services and the products sold under the RAINE name.
