Lori Terwilliger

Lori Terwilliger serves as Director of the spa, where she leads the team and is a skin care expert. She entered the beauty industry in California more than three decades ago. Later she studied aesthetics in Italy and, after moving back to the United States, pursued a nursing degree. She also trained further in skin care with European specialists. As a nurse, she cared for patients in hospice and wound care settings. In 1996 she founded a skin care clinic in Maryland, which she relocated to Northern Virginia in 2012 and is now growing into a full medical spa. Her specialty is laser treatment, and she holds certifications in N-Lite, Aura, Candela, Endymed, Infini, cold laser, Fraxel, ClearLift, IPL, radiofrequency and VBeam laser technologies. She teaches and speaks internationally about skin care, laser treatments and aesthetics. Some clients have been coming to her for many years.
