Loretta is a licensed clinical massage therapist who works at the Palos Heights and Mt. Greenwood locations, Tuesdays through Saturdays. She trained at Cortiva Institute and The Soma Institute, and has clinical training at the Chicago campus of Loyal University. Her additional certifications cover prenatal, oncology, and scar mobilization massage, Reiki, cupping, hot and cold stone therapy, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and relaxation massage. Her focus includes chronic pain conditions such as carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, headaches and migraines, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, shin splints, fibromyalgia, and IT band contracture.
