Liz Burns

Liz Burns is the founder and master stylist at By Liz Burns. Before launching this studio, she founded Goldie x Bob Salon, where she served as Creative Director, so she has built and led a salon before. With nearly three decades in hair, she works with clients who are embracing natural texture, moving to gray, refreshing their color or after fashion-led looks. Her work ranges from custom-shaped haircuts and multi-tone color to soft, lived-in blonde, blended gray coverage and gradual tonal shifts. Each visit starts with how a client's hair moves and falls and how it holds up day to day, and she aims for results that match who the client is now rather than trying to reinvent them. Outside client appointments, she offers private consultations for aspiring stylists, industry professionals and salon owners, along with creative direction consultations for independent brands, photographers and creative teams.
