Liz

Liz works as a licensed massage therapist at Palma Sola Wellness. Alongside eight years of hands-on massage work, she draws on more than 40 years as a Registered Oncology Nurse. She holds certifications in Thai massage and foot reflexology, along with all massage modalities. Each session is shaped around the individual, with her clinical nursing knowledge applied through hands-on technique. Clients come to her for recovery from injury, ongoing pain or stress management, or better mobility. Her approach centres on close attention to what each client needs, with the goal of helping them unwind and recover.
