Lisa Zdinak

Dr. Lisa Zdinak, M.D., founded Precision Aesthetics MD in New York City and leads its treatments. She works as an oculofacial reconstructive surgeon focused on eyelid and facial repair, and she also practices non-invasive body contouring, skin tightening and laser skincare. The practice describes her as having over 20 years in non-invasive cosmetic treatments, and the site also says she has been operating for over 17 years.

Her training starts with a BS in molecular biology from the University of Pittsburgh, completed summa cum laude in April 1997. She then earned her Doctor of Medicine at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, followed by a transitional year at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and an ophthalmology residency at Georgetown-Washington National Eye Center in Washington, D.C. She completed a private fellowship in oculofacial cosmetic surgery under Stephen L. Bosniak, MD, and a two-year private fellowship in minimally invasive facial rejuvenation with a surgeon who practiced in New York City and Rio de Janeiro. She is licensed to practice in New York and Florida and is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

She is known for EMFACE, Carboxytherapy, Thermage and EMSCULPT. The site credits her with introducing the first BTL device to the United States and carboxytherapy to the country, along with developing its protocols with a Brazilian physician in NYC. She was the first of five NYC physicians selected by BTL to debut EMFACE in 2021, and she worked as a principal investigator for BTL on devices seeking FDA approval. She has used Thermage since its introduction and has performed thousands of procedures; the practice describes her as the foremost Thermage FLX expert in New York City. She teaches physicians about Thermage at international congresses in Paris and Monte Carlo, and she treats an international clientele. She speaks English, Spanish and French.
