Lisa Williams

Lisa Williams is a nurse practitioner certified as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (ANP-C). She works at Ultra Smooth Skin in Scottsdale as medical aesthetics director, injects patients there, and leads the team. Cosmetic dermatology procedures have been her field for 20 years. Her training at Arizona State University took her from a bachelor's in nursing to a master's as a nurse practitioner, and she also holds a degree from that university's W.P. Carey School of Business. From January 2007 to January 2009, Williams was an adjunct faculty member and clinical instructor at the Arizona State University School of Nursing. At a health care facility she served as medical laser safety officer; its policies and procedures received a 100% inspection result from the Department of Health Services, and she tested and certified aestheticians and nurse practitioners on laser operation. She has reviewed student scholarship applications for the Arizona Nurse Practitioner Council and is a fellow and member of several professional bodies, among them the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Laser services include hair reduction, spider vein therapy, scar and stretch mark reduction, skin resurfacing and radiofrequency skin tightening, and treatment of wrinkles, blood vessels, telangiectasia, melasma, rosacea and hyperpigmentation. Intense pulsed light is used for photo rejuvenation, alongside acne therapy, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Equipment includes Fraxel, Clear+Brilliant, Thermage RF, and Cynosure and Sciton lasers. Injectable treatments centre on BOTOX Cosmetic, Restylane and Juvederm. She was listed in Marquis Who's Who in America from 2006 to 2015. She is an acknowledged expert in treating how aging and the environment show on the face.
