About
Lisa Sautter is a Platinum Designer and the Department Manager of the hair department, which she helped open in 2005. She also serves as a New Talent Educator for the salon's emerging team members. With 40 years in the hair industry, 24 of them with the Salon by Debbie family, she is a Wella Master Colorist and has completed Logics Master Colorist training, KMS IQ cutting, bridal styling and curly hair cutting courses in New York and Paris.
She enjoys helping clients grow out their grey hair and believes consultation, clear communication and customer service are the keys to a good client experience. Her work has been published in Baltimore Magazine bridal features, and she has been nominated multiple times for Baltimore's Best.
