Lisa Moody

Lisa Moody, PA-C, started Skinwerx of Texas and runs its clinical care as owner and lead provider. Her clinical background covers more than 25 years across family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology and functional medicine. Her education began with a bachelor's degree in exercise science, with a minor in entrepreneurship, from The University of Texas at Arlington. She then completed a bachelor's in physician assistant studies at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, where she was part of the first graduating class. She holds the credentials PA-C, DFAAPA and WTS and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Her medical dermatology work includes skin cancer screenings, biopsies, minor procedures and treatment guided by dermatopathology. On the cosmetic side, she performs full-face correction with neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulators, and offers laser and energy-based treatments. The practice also covers hair restoration, PRP therapies, sexual wellness, IV therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and bio-identical hormone replacement given as pellets, injections or oral doses.

She is a Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN) trainer and has spoken, mentored and injected at Galderma education events. Since 2017 she has led more than 175 peer-to-peer sessions for cosmetic injectors and has trained providers nationwide. She has also precepted PA and DO students in several specialties. She was named one of MSN's Top Aesthetic Injectors to Watch in 2026 and is a top 1% Galderma account nationally. She has been featured in USA Today, Wellness Voice and Woman's World.
