Lisa M. Chevalier

Lisa M. Chevalier founded SoVous, a medical spa in New York City, where she serves as Lead Aesthetic Specialist. She is a Master Injector in facial aesthetics and one of the few providers worldwide to receive the RHA Collection's exclusive provider seal. She trained at the School of Medicine at Nova Southeastern University. Her clinical rotations took place at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College and Lenox Hill Hospital. She holds a dual bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry from Baldwin-Wallace University. Her medical career began in the emergency room at Mount Sinai Hospital. She previously worked as a clinical investigator on genetic-based cancer research at Weill Cornell Medical College and Sloan-Kettering Cancer Institute, and she has also worked as a nutrition counselor and certified personal trainer. Her focus is medical and cosmetic dermatology, including laser therapies, injectables, aesthetics and wellness. She treats a range of dermatologic conditions and continues to practice emergency medicine. She has worked in both plastic surgery and dermatology practices and has served on numerous dermatology and medical device advisory boards. She is a speaker and clinical trainer for Allergan Facial Aesthetics, Galderma and the Aesthetic Advancements Institute, through which she has trained over 1,000 physicians and extenders.
