About
Lisa Kwiatkowski is the owner and founder of Skin Factor, which she opened in 2022. She holds RN/BSN credentials and has 22 years of experience. Before starting her own practice, she spent eight years at Quintessa Aesthetic Center and eight years practicing in dermatology at Madison Medical Affiliates.
Her training includes the Elite Training Program, the RHA Collection of fillers, and Allergan Master Injector Training featuring Dr. Youlin Titan. She has also completed esthetic coursework on facial anatomy, filler rheology, adverse events, and facial aging and tissue changes, taken part in the Aesthetic Blueprint Conference, and completed the AAFE Master Injector Course with Allergan Aesthetics.
She plans care around research rather than marketing, and she believes in treatments that are backed by evidence.
