About
Lisa E. Medwedeff, M.D., founded Village Aesthetics and leads its medical team. She is board-certified as a physician and in internal medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the University of Houston in 1990, followed by a medical doctorate from UT Southwestern in Dallas in 1994, and finished an internal medicine residency at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas in 1997. Her clinical practice centers on skin rejuvenation, injectables and minimally invasive facial treatments, delivered through the team she leads. She is an affiliated physician with UT Southwestern and an active member of Jefferson Physician Group, on whose board of directors she has served. She also practises at THR Presbyterian in Plano and Baylor Medical Center at Frisco. She serves as clinical faculty and preceptor for medical and nurse practitioner students at UT Southwestern, the UT Arlington School of Nursing and Loyola College of Nursing and Health. From 2006 through 2015 she was primary investigator for safety and efficacy protocols for new medications, reporting findings to the FDA. She works with men and women seeking anti-aging solutions. She recommends combining AGNES Precision RF with Scarlett SRF microneedling for a fuller effect, and using AQUAFIRMExs before other rejuvenating treatments.
