Lisa Alexis is the owner and a stylist at Studio L, which she opened in June 2011.
She began her career in cosmetology at the Aveda Institute in Washington, DC. Before opening her own salon she worked at M Salon in Federal Hill and at Elements in Towson. Since then she has taken continuing education courses in color and cutting, business courses focused on running a salon, and classes and workshops to develop her artistic skill.
