Lisa founded and owns Unique Skin Formulations Inc., which trades as Age Elegantly Skin Care, and she is also behind the Natija' Collection brand. A Licensed Clinical Esthetician, she has been giving facial treatments since 1992.

Her esthetics training was completed at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, MA. Further credentials include a Medical Esthetic Clinician certification in advanced dermatologic skin care from the Rayner Institute in Washington, DC, and Anti-Aging Advisor status from the Academy of Anti-Aging Research A3R in Pasadena, CA. She also holds national Certified Aesthetic Medical Specialist (CAMS) certification in medical esthetics, and has advanced chemical peel training for the BioRegenerative Peel from The Esthetic Training Institute in Miami, FL. A course and certificate in Vaginal V-Steam Womb Wellness and Herbal Blends came from The Six Figure Spa Chick Academy in Atlanta, GA, and she belongs to the Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP).

Her practice focuses on acne, dark or brown spots, razor bumps, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, eczema, aging skin and sun-damaged skin. Signature treatments are shaped around each client's skin conditions and lifestyle.
