Lindsey Burris

Lindsey Burris is an RN and the Clinical Manager at Hartwater Aesthetics in McKinney, Texas, where she works as a master aesthetic injector. She has more than 15 years of experience in aesthetics and previously served as Director of Nursing for a leading plastic surgery practice. Earlier work included plastic surgery and medical research facilities around the country.

She personally performs every Botox and Dysport injection at the practice, along with every dermal filler treatment, and she works with patients on the Galderma Dysport protocol. Neurotoxin treatment targets frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines, and she treats both male and female patients. Filler placement covers lips, cheeks, tear troughs, jawline and chin. Before any injection she confirms candidacy by reviewing medical history and watching how the face moves, then recommends a product and dose.

She also conducts initial consultations for facials that form part of a broader skin quality plan, along with initial SkinPen and laser hair removal consultations. She designs sequenced plans that combine SkinPen and Morpheus8, builds at-home ZO Skin Health regimens for active acne, and teaches the Three Pillars of Facial Aging framework.

Beyond the practice, she teaches other providers through national masterclasses, including Morpheus8 masterclasses on injectable and energy-based protocols, and she holds KOL speaker status across the InMode platform.
