Lindsay Short

Lindsay Short is a board-certified nurse practitioner (NP-BC) who leads the medical wellness and aesthetic care at OC Weight Loss & Med Spa. She performs every weight loss, hormone and aesthetic treatment at the clinic, and sees the same provider at the free consultation and at every follow-up visit.

Her background is in acute care. She began her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner working in ICU, trauma and neurosurgery settings at hospitals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UCLA and a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University, and holds a California nurse practitioner license.

Her practice focuses on medical weight loss, hormone management and aesthetic treatment. Her injectable work spans neurotoxins and dermal fillers across the major product lines, and she personally performs every dermal filler treatment at the clinic. She also performs skin tightening and microneedling and serves as the medical provider at each of those visits.
