Lindsay Munden

Lindsay Munden is the main provider at the practice. She is a board certified, doctorally prepared family nurse practitioner, holding the DNP, APRN and FNP-BC credentials. Two decades of healthcare work sit behind her, beginning with pediatric nursing. Her aesthetic work started more than ten years ago at a private plastic surgeon's practice, and she has since practiced as a nurse practitioner in retail health and in plastic surgery settings. She holds injector certifications from the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, the National Laser Institute and Empire Medical Training, covering Botox and dermal fillers. She has also completed aesthetic continuing medical education aimed at refining her injection technique. For more than eight years she has been an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Valparaiso University, teaching graduate and undergraduate students and helping nurse practitioner students find clinical placements. She advises novice injectors and new medical spas on facial anatomy, product choice, facial assessment and safe injection method. She has presented and published at national and local conferences and has sat on the boards of local nursing organizations.
