Lily Vasic

Lily Vasic is a licensed massage therapist at Nūva Haus, the med spa and wellness business at 371 W Ontario St in Chicago. She is a graduate of the European Healing Massage Therapy School and has spent 26 years in therapeutic massage.

Her technique list is broad: deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, reflexology, hot stone, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage. A good part of her post-operative work centers on easing surgical swelling and supporting recovery through lymphatic methods. She also developed a custom cellulite reduction treatment that pairs cupping with targeted bodywork.

Clients typically see her for pain relief, post-surgical support, better circulation, or body contouring. She believes massage should leave a person genuinely improved, not simply relaxed.
