About
Lily Lee, MD is a physician and the owner of the practice. She earned her undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating magna cum laude on a full scholarship, and went on to her medical degree from the same university. Her general and plastic surgery residency was at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, and she is a board-certified plastic surgeon.
Her clinical focus includes eyelid reconstruction and Asian eyelid aesthetic surgery, within a practice that covers a wide range of plastic surgery procedures. She is trained in both plastic and cosmetic surgery. During residency she turned bench research into clinical applications, and she holds a U.S. patent for hair growth that grew out of research aimed at children with severe burn injuries.
She has presented her work at national and international forums. She has won many awards for her scientific contributions as a plastic surgeon. Honors listed include the President's Scholarship at Case Western Reserve, the Alice C. Sea Graves Travel Research Award and the American Society of Hematology Summer Research Fellowship Award. She is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
