Lillian Tseng

Lillian Tseng is a co-owner of Sugar Bunny Lashes, where she works as a lash artist and semi-permanent makeup artist. She first visited the studio as a client and later joined as a business partner.

Her semi-permanent makeup services include microblading, Wei-brow machine semi-permanent brows, eyeliner or lash liner tattoos, lip color or lip blush tattoos, and scalp micropigmentation or hairline tattoos. Before working in semi-permanent makeup she spent more than ten years as a visual and graphic artist. Her interest in semi-permanent makeup began after a lip color tattoo appointment elsewhere went poorly. She works with clients who want cosmetic enhancement and lasting confidence.
