Lida Ghaderi MD

Lida Ghaderi, MD, founded CENIGENT Health Enhancement Medical Institute, where she is founder and medical director. The practice designs individualized medical programs and therapies around each patient. She completed a bachelor's degree in biological science with an emphasis on psychology at the University of California, Irvine, graduating magna cum laude. She earned her medical degree from the UC San Diego School of Medicine, finishing in 1995. After an internship and residency in internal medicine, she became board certified in internal medicine and a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1998. She also holds certification in Thought Field Therapy under Dr. Roger Callahan. She worked as a physician at the Whitaker Center and served as medical director of La Vida Medical Group, a multi-specialty medical center in Los Angeles. She was recognized there for clinical excellence and innovation. Over about a decade she practiced in hospital, outpatient, HMO and urgent care settings. Her research experience covers neurological science, cardiovascular disease, psychological disorders and picosecond laser spectroscopy. Since 2002 she has trained in age-management medicine, functional medicine, genomics and nutritional genomics, including SNP studies, mitochondrial biology, free radical biology and science-based complementary therapies. She has worked directly with Dr. E. Chen on total hormone restorative therapies. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine and the Endocrine Society, among other organizations. Her work applies a systems lens to forecasting, preventing and treating age-related decline and chronic disease. She uses SNP testing to assess individual risk and shape therapies, and she gives each patient ample time while working on every underlying cause of decline.
