Lia Trojansky

Lia Trojansky is a physician assistant (PA-C) at Dr. Dennis Gross Dermatology and is board-certified as a Physician Associate. She earned a Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University, and completed an intensive dermatology training program in New York City after graduating. She has practiced in New York City for nearly a decade. Her training also covers Laser Genesis, Sofwave, Ultherapy and IPL, and she is oncology trained. She earned a B.S. from Penn State. Her clinical work focuses on medical and aesthetic dermatology, with a strong emphasis on the aesthetic side. She has treated a wide range of skin conditions alongside cosmetic procedures, and often pairs advanced device treatments with facials. She has also taken part in a medical mission to Kenya.
