Leslie Ritchie founded Browboss Brow & Beauty and owns the studio, where she works as a Browboss Master Trainer and Master Brow Specialist. She trained with PhiBrows Academy and became a master there, and she represents the Phi Royal Society, an inner circle of microblading royal artists and masters.
Her focus is manual microblading and shading. She has performed more than 8,000 microblading procedures and has taught over 1,000 students as a Browboss Master Trainer and over 1,500 students overall. Reviews praise her natural-looking brow results, including cover-up work.
