About
Leslie is a licensed massage therapist and energy work practitioner with nine years of practice. Training at the Aveda Institute Minneapolis covered a range of massage modalities and energy work based on Ayurveda, and the program was completed with a 2015 graduation.
Targeted deep tissue and trigger point work is a core focus, aimed at pain in the back, neck and hips, and facial and jaw work is offered to ease tension and sinus pressure. Other services include sound therapy, chakra balancing energy work, Swedish relaxation massage, foot reflexology and aromatherapy massage, with add-ons such as dry brushing, crystal work, palo santo cleansing and heat therapy.
A chakra balancing session runs 60 minutes for $135 and includes a one-on-one follow-up afterward. A soothing crystal sound bath, also 60 minutes, costs $145 and uses Tibetan singing bowls and hand-picked crystals.
