Leslie Joy Dammer

Leslie Joy Dammer is a licensed medical esthetician and the founder of SkinLIV, which she started in 2016. She also holds a license as a permanent makeup artist and works as an advanced peel trainer, spa consultant and esthetics mentor. Her training is mainly in medical esthetics, with a focus on corrective skincare and detailed product knowledge. Before founding SkinLIV, she built two other businesses, managed a Los Angeles skincare practice, ran a corporate chain spa and led the esthetics department of a plastic surgery practice. She has trained several MDs, nurses and hundreds of estheticians. Her approach combines medical and science-based methods with a balance of organic and natural products.
