Leslie Forrester

Leslie Forrester owns Quality Life Massage Therapy in Riverview and works there full time as a Florida licensed massage therapist. She attended massage school in 2010 and has been licensed since 2011. Her training was at Cortiva Institute in Pinellas, a program focused on western and medical massage with a grounding in neuromuscular, Swedish and myofascial work. Her training covers Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger point work, ACE MassageCupping, Medicupping vacutherapies, myofascial release, pregnancy massage, BambooFusion and TriRelease Therapy. She has studied with Nathalie Cecilia in BambooFusion, Anita Shannon in ACE MassageCupping and James Waslowski in orthopedic massage. A Cortiva Institute faculty recommendation calls her innately gifted and client centered. Her focus is therapeutic massage, built to be comfortable and adjusted to each client's needs that day. She is also beginning to study Neural Reset Therapy and vibrational therapy using tuning forks.
