Leonor Pilsmaker

Leonor Pilsmaker owns the salon and works as a stylist there. She graduated from beauty school in El Salvador in 1998 and was creative director at a Toni and Guy salon in El Salvador in 2000. After moving to the USA she worked for three years at Charles David Salon.

She trained at Toni and Guy and became creative director at the Toni and Guy salon in Hingham in 2017. Soon after taking that role she took an early Masters of Balayage class. She validated her Massachusetts stylist license in 2014 and is certified in balayage and lived-in color.

She later became a brand ambassador, meeting balayage educators and assisting classes around New England while continuing with clients. She is now an independent stylist, which lets her plan a schedule around balayage classes, educational events and clients. Her specialties are balayage and lived-in color.
