Leonard Einstein DNP, APRN, NP-C

Leonard Einstein is the owner of the practice, where he serves as director of nursing and aesthetic injector and also performs primary care services as a nurse practitioner. He holds the credentials DNP, APRN, NP-C and FNP-BC, and he is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the Florida Board of Nursing. He has served as adjunct faculty in the nursing department at Florida National University since 2019, and he writes medical and wellness articles for the practice blog, covering dermatology and skin conditions, primary care and hormone therapy.

His education includes a medical degree from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences Carlos J Finlay in Camaguey, Cuba, completed from 2004 to 2009; that degree was earned abroad, and he is not board certified as a medical doctor in the United States. He also holds a BSN from Chamberlain University (2013 to 2017), a family nurse practitioner master's from Florida National University (2017 to 2019) and a DNP from Chamberlain University (2019 to 2022). He studied at Broward College and Florida National University on the way to becoming a registered nurse and then a family nurse practitioner, and he completed a post-master's dermatology certification designed for nurse practitioners, trained by dermatologists and injectors from across the country. His work centers on non-surgical aesthetic and functional medicine.

He holds a Master Injector Certificate from Allergan Medical Institute and injector certifications from Galderma Pharmaceutical and Merz Aesthetics, and he is a candidate for board certification in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine. He lectures and consults for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, has taken part in clinical trials of investigational treatments in cosmetic, laser and surgical dermatology, and has written on complications of aesthetic procedures, fractional laser technologies, facial contouring techniques and sports-related dermatological conditions. He was part of investigational teams that contributed to FDA approvals of several medications and devices, and he has been featured in The Miami Herald and has made television appearances on Univision and Telemundo.
