About
Lenee Love is the Meditation Guide and Hypnotherapist at Stilnova & Co., 411 NW 7th St in Oklahoma City. She leads guided meditation, which uses visualization and breathwork to slow the mind and bring scattered thoughts back to center, and she works with people in one-on-one sessions and in group meditation. Her hypnotherapy work relies on guided relaxation and focused attention to address stress and recurring thought patterns. A first hypnotherapy session runs 60 minutes, and these sessions are confidential. She also offers custom hypnosis recordings, group meditation events, birthday and private celebration sessions, retreats, and wellness speaking engagements. She completed a week-long meditation retreat led by Dr. Joe Dispenza in 2022 and became a certified hypnotherapist in 2025.
