About
Lena Bredikhina founded Eastside Aesthetics by Lena and works there as an aesthetic nurse practitioner. She began her nursing career in 2001 as an acute care bedside nurse, then moved to Seattle to work as a medical-surgical RN while completing a Master of Nursing degree at the University of Washington. She went on to spend more than a decade in women's health and primary care.
She started working part-time at a local med spa in 2018 and spent two years there before moving into aesthetics full time. Her training includes the Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy and courses from Galderma, Revance, Merz, Evolus and Allergan, along with training alongside Dr. Kay Durairaj, Dr. Dina BenDavid and Julie Kaplan, FNP.
Her focus is aesthetics, with her primary care background behind it. She treats women and men across Seattle's Eastside with beauty and anti-aging treatments and keeps up with new aesthetic technologies through ongoing learning.
