Leisa Grgula

Chiropractic physician Leisa Grgula practices at Accurate Care Medical Wellness Center in North Scottsdale, where she has worked exclusively since 2010. Before that she practiced in North Phoenix from 2007. Her first year in practice was in Chicago, after chiropractic school, and in 1996 she moved into Sedona, Arizona, where she served as a staff physician at Kachina Point Rehabilitation Center from 1996 to 2010. She sold her Sedona practice in 2010.

She earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1995 from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, which was formerly known as National College of Chiropractic, and she also holds a bachelor's degree in human biology. She has been certified in Cox Decompression Manipulative Therapy since 1995. She studied acupuncture privately and at National College of Chiropractic under Dr. Chih-Wei Rei, and has been a member of the American Chiropractic Association since 1990.

She received the Senior Advocate of the Year award from the Center for Adult Daycare in Cottonwood, Arizona, in 1998. From 1997 to 2001 she hosted a radio talk show in Sedona. She writes a bi-monthly column for Cave Creek's Sonoran News and is a regular guest on Arizona Channel 7's Morning Scramble, where she discusses natural health and cooking. She also speaks on health and nutrition as a wellness speaker across the Phoenix area, and has served on the Advisory Board for Paradise Valley Community College since 2011.
