Leilani Hailey

Leilani Hailey is the owner of Hair Theory Salon in Huntington Beach, where she also works as a hair stylist. She has more than 15 years of experience and started cosmetology school while still in high school.

Earlier in her career she worked at MAC Cosmetics counters inside Nordstrom department stores. She later served as an educator for Schwarzkopf Professional, and she still teaches color knowledge to fellow stylists as she helps the Hair Theory team grow.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from CSU Long Beach, with an emphasis on interpersonal and organizational communication. She is a certified color expert and has completed several advanced certifications. Her online booking currently lists Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
