Leena Sajid

Leena Sajid founded Leena's Studio NYC, where she works as the artist. She specialises in bridal and event makeup and also designs hair. Her start in beauty came in 1999, when she earned a diploma in beauty aesthetics from Depilex Beauty Clinic & Institute in Lahore, and she now has over twenty-five years of experience in the field.

In 2005 she trained in hair colour and tinting at Schwarzkopf Academy in Hamburg, Germany, and she is certified in hair colour and tinting by that academy. In 2009 she added hair designing and colouring training at Pivot Point Academy in Karachi. That same year she began working in Karachi salons, including The Edge, The Sab's and The Blush Salon & Spa.

In 2010 she became an independent bridal and event artist, serving brides across Pakistan as well as international clients. Since 2021 she has been a design consultant to Demesne Couture Studio in Lahore, where she styles bridal collections, ad shoots and look books. She has been a design consultant for Shareen Studio since 2024. Her credits include directing hair and makeup for campaign shoots, look books and editorial work, and she has done bridal looks for clients in Pakistan and abroad.
