Laurie-Beth

Laurie-Beth is a hair stylist in Dallas, Texas, where she runs her own studio and has worked in hair and beauty for more than 30 years. She started out as a makeup and hair artist after moving to Los Angeles in 1999, apprenticing on set with Sharon Gault in Los Angeles and New York from 2000 to 2004. Before that, from 1998 to 2005, she worked as a casting director and producer on film and network television. From 2005 to 2011 she held agency roles at Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, Fred Segal Beauty Agency and Epiphany Artist Group, representing artists who have worked with Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga and Jennifer Hudson.

Photo shoots by David LaChapelle, Annie Leibovitz and Mario Testino have included her hair, as have music videos for Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Elton John, and ads for M.A.C. Cosmetics, GAP, Got Milk? and Skechers. Her editorial work has run in Rolling Stone, Town & Country, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Teen Vogue, ELLE and XXL. She also worked on the Petro Zillia Spring 2008 show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Los Angeles.

Back in Dallas she worked at Osgood-O'Neil Salon from 2013 to 2014, Salon Three Thirty from 2014 to 2018 and Salon Pompeo from 2015 to 2017. Her specialties include extensions in one-tip beading, beaded wefts, U-link keratin fusion and tape-in. She is a Wella Color Craft Specialist. Training includes an Oribe styling class with Ronnie Stam in Dallas in June 2014, James Ryder's Epitome 4.0 Ultimate Make-up Workshop in April 2013, and hair extension training with Cinderella, Donnabella and Sensual Collections in June 2013. She keeps appointments on schedule.
