Laurene Overlan is a master hairstylist and colorist at Petaloúda. She began working in a salon at age 13 and trained at the Learning Institute of Beauty Sciences (LIBS) after two years of college, in 1993. After LIBS she joined a Newbury Street salon, which became her professional home for most of her career. She enjoys cutting short hair. Her advanced training includes Toni & Guy cutting and color in Dallas, Texas, the World Hair Conference in London, Goldwell Master Colorist in New York, the Davines Hair conference in Miami and Los Angeles, and Goldwell Color Zoom in Amsterdam.
