Lauren

Lauren founded Healing Roots Wellness and is a licensed esthetician with practice dating to 2008. As a holistic practitioner and healing guide, she has built and served communities in Atlanta, Georgia, Dallas, Texas, and Tampa, Florida. Nearly twenty years of working with skin and the body inform her approach, which blends practical hands-on skill, time-tested methods, knowledge of how the body functions, and attention to the way feelings show up physically. Her specialties include holistic skin and bodywork: facial rituals, lymphatic techniques and therapeutic touch. She also leads womb ceremonies, which open with an intake and conversation before the ceremony. Under the Raw Culture label she makes organic skincare and CBD blends by hand. The work is rooted in nature and is intended for women who want to feel at home in their bodies rather than chase fast fixes.
