Lauren T. is a massage therapist who started her training in 1997 at the Massage Institute of New England, where she studied deep tissue, Swedish and Esalen massage. She earned a diploma that the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) recognizes. She has also trained in cranio-sacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, has studied Reiki I and Reiki II, and has studied reflexology and neuromuscular therapy, along with work for cervical and upper thoracic pain conditions. She holds the Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner credential from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). In 2006 she completed a program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, which covered whole foods, cooking, massage, yoga and meditation.
